| Proposed Development |
- A road section of 3.7 km is proposed from the port of Porbandar to provide direct connectivity from National Highway 8E. The project is envisaged to be completed by the year 2012. The total estimated cost of the project is 11.1 crore.
- Development of a Navy jetty is underway at the port of Porbandar. The jetty is likely to be completed by 2012-13 with capacity of 1 MMTPA. The estimated cost of the project is INR 50 crore.

- Wharf for steamers: length 385 m (235 m GMB wharf and 150 m private jetty of SCL) with permissible draught up to 9.8 m.
- Landing and berthing: Total 2,128 meters in length for lighters. Fishing activities are being performed from these berths.
- Finger jetty along the breakwater of length 100 m for lighterage.
- Coast Guard jetty of 175 meters in length.
