1.9 mln tonnes.
Facilities planned:
All weather offshore port + jetty intended for steel and automobile
production at 3 km from the shore in 20m water depth.
Infrastructure:
Generally poor; roads are lacking for 23km, rail has to be upgraded over 200km.
